     I think disadvantages of mobile phones outweigh the advantages.
     Mobile phones are taking a very important role in our lives.Everyday,we use them at least three hours.And it is more than normal.They have a lot of disadvantages.
    Firstly,I will mention physical and mental disadvantages of them.Percentage of using glasses (or contact lens) increased because of this phones.And also they are destroying to our spinal cord,neck,waist...They have negative effects on our brain.Because of that we are forgetting necessary things.
    Another bad side of mobile phones is unsocializing our social life.We meet with our friends or relatives but we don't ask them their problems,we don't share our happinesses and sadnesses with them.We are only controlling our social media.What a pity!
    They also have bad effects on young people.They are trying everything they saw on the Internet and most of them are harmful.Also parents encounter difficulty when they want to control their children.Because every day new functions appearing.Parents don't know how to use this functions
and what their children do with that functions.
     As a conclusion we should limit the usage of mobile phones.This is healthier for everyone.

    Your article made me wonder if I could do without my phone. Hmm... I don't think so. I learn, share, follow my appointments and do many more on my phone.

    "Balance" is the key word, I believe.

   A new cinema complex has opened in our home town.We are so happy because this is very big change for us.In this text I will mention details.    Firstly I want to start with the cost of tickets.To be honest,I was expecting cheaper prices but there is only one cinema and because of that reason tickets are expensive.    Another topic is cafés and restaurants.I think we don't need them inside of cinema because people are coming for watching movie.They should eat their meals outside of the cinema.Also restaurants can dirt the area and that places can be noisy.This situation disturbs people.    I liked comfortable surroundings and there is a wide range of films.It is very big advantage because people are going there to relax.If they can not find a movie for them so they can be bored.    I have an idea for this cinema.In my opinion we can prepare questionnare and according to results,we can show the most wanted film in this cinema. ...

   In our town,a new supermarket offered a course about healthy eating and preparing healthy meals.My school class attended.I will explain my reviews.    I really liked this course because it raised customers' awarenesses.I learnt a lot of things about healthy eating.I hope this course will help me to gain the habit of eating healthy foods.Actually majority knows something about healthy eating but most of them don't use that information in a daily life.    The course was very effective.Some of the students changed their eating habits easily and now they are eating more healthily.Also some of them thinking that preparing healthy meals is very time-consuming.In my opinion it shouldn't be problem because preparing is the first  most important step to start.    I want to give information about how other students could benefit from healthy eating and preparing healthy meals.For three weeks I am using techniques which I leatned and my life has c...
